when employee adds enrollment certification, it is submitted for another document type

The certification type meaning is renamed in the document type as the look up, BEN_ENRT_CTFN_TYP is not extendable.

The 'proof of National Identifier' Certificate lookup is renamed as 'HSA Survey Wellness Contribution' so that emmployee can submit the HSA Wellness.

When the employee tries to submit the ENROLLMENT CERTIFICATION for 'HSA Survey Wellness Contribution', it still gets submitted in the document record of 'proof of National Identifier'. Is there any way to replace the document type name and link it to enrollment certification.
