Overall Numeric Rating Inconsistency -BIP Report

Summary:

We have a custom report to show the overall numeric rating along with few other fields.I update the "Manager Calculated rating" in the UI and execute the report, the numeric rating shows value sometimes and sometimes it is not. I update the star rating in the UI in the same manner everytime.

Can you pls suggest what could be the reason for this discrepancy? Please suggest workaround.
