RSSP group personal data together

Summary:

In the Redwood manage requisition screen under "more information" there are a lot of fields. we would like to change the order of some of the fields to make more sense to the users.

we would like all fields related to personal data to be grouped together either next to each other or one below the other:

Personal Data Shared with Vendor

Data Subject Volume

Sensitive Data Processed by Vendor

Personal Data Related

The same for the fields related to contractors
