Redwood Talent Review Grade Filter

Grade filter picklist when defining the population to be calibrated for a talent review meeting

Hi Experts, we have recently enabled the Talent Review Meeting page with Redwood UI. When it comes to select the population to be reviewed we would like to use the Grade filter. We have seen that the list of values of the Grades filters shows the grade name but also a number entre parentheses. What does this last number refer to? Does it refer to the number of employees having that grade associated? Which type of employees, active/Inactive/Suspended/…?Thanks in advance for clarifying this point
