Recruiters are not able to edit a pending worker if not reporting to them in Redwood 25D

Summary:

We have a requirement of editing the pending workers by Recruiters, hence required privileges have been assigned to the custom role.

A behavior of the system has been witnessed where Recruiter is able to edit the information only for records reporting to him/her whereas other records can be opened but continue button does not move further from When & Why Section.

Clicking on continue button keep highlighting the proposed start date.

Hence record is stuck on When & Why section only.

If this is related to some privilege we are missing to assign to the Recruiter or a behavior since it is a Recruiter Custom Role.
