Restrict Line Manager Access

Summary:

We would like to request an update to Line Manager privileges. Currently, Line Managers have access to several employment-related actions that should be limited to HR-only functions. To mitigate risk and ensure proper control of employee data changes, please restrict Line Manager access to the following actions:Actions to Restrict (Remove from Line Manager Access):

• Add Assignment – ability to add worker assignments
• Change Location – ability to change assignment location
• Change Manager – ability to update a worker’s manager
• Create Work Relationship – ability to create new work relationships
• Direct Reports – ability to manage direct reports
• Employment Start Dates – ability to modify employment start dates
