When trying to preview VBS rule " "You don't have access to this job requisition." error

Summary:

Ive created a rule in VBS for view job requistion, Ive got the parameter (from inspect webpage) but when I try and preview I get this page:

I can see all reqs in the system normally, I have all the roles etc so I dont understand why im getting this?
