25D regression: Employees are not able to change manager in Redwood new performance document page

Summary:

After 25D upgrade,

Redwood: Me > Career and Performance > Performance > Performance Documents tab > +Add > select Performance document name > Manager field auto-populates with Line Manager > But in the Manager LOV, it does not show any other worker to be selected when searched, it only shows the Line Manager for selection.

RUI: It shows all persons in the manager LOV for selection.

Please note, RUI and Redwood is enabled in the same POD, so they are using the same performance template.

Before 25D upgrade, Redwood page was working same as RUI. But after 25D upgrade, the redwood page is not working.

Kindly provide steps to fix this in Redwood, so that users can select any person as new performance document manager.
