Expense Report Submission Date showing blank in the Audit Expense Page

Hi Team,
We have seen one expense report , it was approved by manager but when it moves to Audit .
Audit team identified that report submission date showing as blank.
Can you please provide the solution for this? Is it a bug or expected functionality?
