PO invoices with freight thresholds should get auto approved

Summary:

we are using auto approval rule for PO invoices but need to add a conditon where in freight<=1000USD it should get auto approved and when freight >1000USD should go for buyer approval. Please guide as there is no straight away solution to add condition for freight at line level.
