CSP Progression - is there a way to add an intermediate step before Rejected by Employer?

When a requisition is filled, cancelled, or otherwise made inactive with active applications, can we add a progression to move candidates to a different state before being moved to Rejected by Employer?

We want to ensure candidates who haven’t interacted with the recruiting team receive a rejection notification when a requisition is cancelled or filled, without sending duplicate communications to candidates who were already dispositioned or notified earlier.
Our approach so far:
- Add a phase in the Candidate Selection Process (CSP) that sends an automated rejection email for candidates who were never personally rejected (e.g., did not meet qualifications, ineligible for rehire).
