Resume Preview - Move Functionality/Reviewed Indicator

Is there a way within the Resume Preview to either progress a candidate’s application or add an indicator showing the resume has been reviewed? This would help recruiters manage reviewed vs. unreviewed candidates more efficiently.

We recently moved to Redwood and 25D in Production. With high-volume requisitions often receiving 200–300 applicants within days, our recruiting team is looking for enhanced functionality in the Resume Preview section.


Currently, they use the Add to Favorites action, but they’d like to explore additional options—such as the ability to move a candidate to “Under Review” within the CSP or display a visual indicator confirming the resume has been viewed.
