Rename talent profile header label with User Interface Text = blank page

Hello,

We have a requirement in which we should rename the header Talent Profile in the Talent Profile Search page to Employee Profile:

As we have not been able to find a way to rename it through Visual Studio Builder, we tried to rename it with the help of the User Interface Text. Yet, when we click on replace strings the page of Talent Profile Search becomes blank.

Has anyone face any similar issue? Is there any other way to rename the header without getting the blank page error??\
