Life event status goes processed and closed in benefits

Hi Team, for our customer

I created a new agency-specific MIP plan and need to remove that agency from the old MIP plan, which is currently shared across all agencies. However, when I add a condition in the fast formula to exclude that agency from the old MIP plan and then evaluate the life event, the status changes to ‘Processed and Closed,’ and the enrollment window does not open. Can you please let me know if I am missing any configuration.
