How to set up AOR based alert composer notification

What is the inapp expression to send an alert composer notification based on the employees Area of responsibility 'Benefits Manager'. I am trying to set it up for the Self reporting life event approval. When employee submits the Self reporting life event, there is an approval set up in the Life event level. The seeded expression is to send notification to only employee. Can we add expressions for AOR as well.
