HR Help Desk Infolets "My HRHD Request Work Time" and "Team HRHD Request Work Time" return no data

Hi, I have a question about HR Help Desk Infolets. "My HRHD Request Work Time" and "Team HRHD Request Work Time" return no data and I am trying to understand why. Any idea why there are no data for those two reports? Are those reports related to closed SRs only or resolved as well?

Note:

1) Auditing has already been enabled and I am able to views Audit History for requests.

2) There are resolved SRs and they have records on their Audit History.

3) I have tested this with a manager of a resource org that has agents reporting to him.
