Notification filter BPM Worklist

We need to discriminate the method of receiving certain system notifications (specifically, those related to task and journey allocation) so that they arrive only in the app and no longer via email.
We've verified that changing the notification reception method (in app or email) can only be done globally and not for specific notifications as requested by the customer. However, we've found the option to set filters in the BPM Worklist section of system notifications to discriminate between notifications and their delivery. Below is a screenshot of the section (accessible by clicking "Preferences" in the top right and then "Notifications"):
