Limit Enterprise Level within Requisition Organization List

Summary:

We have a requirement to hide the top level of our Organization Tree from the list of value selection within Recruiting on the Job Requisition. I've seen many articles on CCC related to security to view specific Organizations and BU's, but is it possible to simply hide this top level value on the recruiting side to prevent it from being selected?

If not, is there another recommendation you have found that works to prevent admins and leaders from selecting this?
