Auto-populate Requisition DFF to Offer DFF in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

Question:

In Oracle Recruiting Cloud, we have a requirement to auto-populate a value selected in a Requisition DFF into the same DFF configured on the Offer page.

Previously, these kind of scenarios can be handled via Autocomplete Rules, but since those have now been decommissioned, we are looking for alternative supported approaches.

Is it possible to achieve this using Visual Builder Studio (VBS)?
If yes:

• What is the recommended design pattern?
• Can the Requisition DFF value be fetched and defaulted into the Offer DFF during offer creation?
• Are REST calls required, or is there any declarative option available?

Any guidance or best practices for implementing this in Oracle Recruiting Cloud would be appreciated.
