Resume Parsing using standard Recruiting features

What are the standard features in Recruiting supports Resume parsing? I've checked the documentation but it is not clear enough.

I'm looking mainly for:
- Parsing the content and fill in the Candidate Profile (Education, Experience, Contact details, Employer, … )
- Allowing the Recruiters to search for Candidates based on the Resume contents

We do not have Recruiting Booster, so I'm looking for the standard features.
