Unable to Search Description under License or Certificate in Redwood Skills and Qualifications

Summary:

The dropdown list for both License and Certificate have Name and Description listed. In the classic UI, we are able to search using either Name or Description when entering a new License/Certificate. The Redwood UI, we are not able to search using the Description. Is this no longer a function available in Redwood or is there a missing setup to allow this search?
