In Fusion, is there an option to populate a field with values from an existing field?

Hello,
In Fusion, is it possible to configure a field so that when one field is filled (on expense header), another field is automatically pre-populated with the same value (expense item line)?
Use case:
- Field: Business Purpose (mandatory)
- Location: Expense Report Header
- Behavior required: Whatever value is entered in the Business Purpose at the header level should automatically default into each Expense Item line—but still remain editable at the line level.
Could you please advise if this functionality exists or how it can be implemented?
