Include Primary Identifier as filter in Person and Premise Search

Hi team, I´m trying to set Primary Identifier as a search criteria in Person and Premise Search under Utility Accounts in CX4U. I found this link in the documentation, which I´m trying to follow:

The new filter appears in the dropdown menu, however it does not work, please see error message bellow. I´m also attaching a screenshot of the code snippet, in case I´m missing something in the code.
