My Free Tier account hasn't been upgraded to PAYG
Hello, everyone. I would appreciate any advice about this situation.
Summary:
I requested an upgrade to the Pay As You Go tier, but I haven't received a status update yet.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
I requested the upgrade a week ago and my credit card was successfully charged with $100.
Under the section "Subscription information" in "Upgrade and Manage Payment" I see this message: "Your upgrade is in progress. You will receive an email confirmation when your upgrade is completed".
I asked an agent for information, via chatbot, but they couln't help me.
How long does the upgrade take? Where can I get a status update? How can I know if there was a problem with the request?
