DFF values are not appearing on the employee screen Skills and Qualifications after HDL upload

Summary:

I uploaded data through HDL to the Skills and Qualifications section, but the DFF values are not appearing on the employee screen if i add any record manually all records DFF appear.

Is there a process required to synchronize the data?
