Summary:

When the manager adds a goal to his direct report and ticks "include me", it gets auto approved but should require an approval from their L2 manager.

Manager is assigning a goal to himself; the goal gets auto approved. There are no check and balance that is happening.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

1. Login as a Manager

2. Go to Navigator>My Team> Team Goals Center

3. Under Performance Goal, select Review Period

4. Click Assign Goal, populate the information required

5. Tick Include me, Select all Direct Report

6. On the Upper right corner, click [Add]

7. Check on ME > Career and Performance > Goal Center>Performance Tab
