We need to populate the previous coverage end date as termination date plus 2 week payroll period

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to populate the coverage end date as termination date + 2-week payroll period once an employee is terminated in the system.

Example:

• 26th Sep – Termination date
• 28th Sep (Sunday) – Payroll period end date
• Payroll periods run as:
  • 29th Sep – 5th Oct
  • 6th Oct – 12th Oct

If an employee has a 2-week notice period, the coverage end date should be extended by one additional 2-week payroll period, resulting in a coverage end date of 12th Oct.

We are trying to write a fast formula type 'Enrollment End', but unable to pull appropriate data base items like no termination date.
