We have an accrual plan configured with the following details:
- Plan Term: Anniversary Year
- UOM: Calendar Days
The business requirement is that whenever an employee applies for this leave, a salary deduction should be made based on the actual leave duration applied, using a single absence type.
The deduction logic should work as follows:
- Full day leave: Deduct one day’s salary based on gross pay
- Partial day leave: Deduct salary proportionately
- Example: If one full day deduction amount is 100, and the employee applies for 0.5 day, the deduction should be 50
