Issue Updating Rating scale in redwood performance document

Summary:

Hi Team, In Redwood UI Performance document template, under competency section, the 5-points rating scale was incorrectly mapped instead of intended the 2-point scale. Several documents have already been submitted with self-evaluations, and the managers are experiencing the same issue with their evaluation.

We attempted to update the rating scale model from 5-points to 2 points, but the change is not reflecting in the UI, which continues to show old values. Could you Please advise if there is a way to correct this?
Additionally, is there an option to update/correct these rating values using HDL for the effected employees.
