An employee has self reported Marriage life event of Dec 1, 2025 and enrolled the spouse. The life event can be closed on Jan 1, 2025 with 31 days to end the enrolment period. in the meantime, Employee reports a child birth life event on Dec 24, but he is unable to enroll the child, as the previous life event is opened. In this case, employee is able to proceed further, but cannot see the newly added child. The employee gets confused, as he is unable to enroll the child.
