Summary:

When trying to update a field in an HR Helpdesk Service Request as an agent, the following error appears:
“You no longer have access to this request.”

Details:

  • The user has all the required roles:
    • Next Gen Human Resources Help Desk Administrator
    • Next Gen Human Resources Help Desk Agent
    • Next Gen Human Resources Help Desk Manager
    • Next Gen Human Resources Help Desk User
  • The user is set up as a resource and is part of multiple queues.
  • We tested with several other users, but the same issue persists.
