Invoice Hold renewal notifications
We have a situation where users report that, after some time, the user assigned to release the hold notification no longer sees it in their worklist. We're attempting to use the renewal option, so the notification is received periodically and remains available under the bell notification, but for some reason, this isn't functioning as expected.
Below is the current setup in our TEST environment.
Scenario:
- An AP Invoice is created with a hold
- The user receives a hold notification for approval/release
- After 8 hours, the task is renewed, and a new notification is sent
- This process repeats 10 times, after which the task expires.
