Requirement to restrict PR Qty based on a value selected in a DFF?

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a DFF to select the vessel and the capacity of fuel for the respective vessel. We need to restrict users from raising the PR more than the value in the capacity DFF.

example:
DFF Vessel Name: ABC

DFF Vessel Capacity: 10000 Liters

If user enter PR Qty more than 10000 Liters system should restrict raising the PR. If PR Qty is less than or equal to 10000 Liters system should allow the PR to be raised.
