Line Manager are unable to add goals in Goals Center Page

Line Managers are not able to add goals in My Goals Page. When click on add button, the page is spinning. Even not able to update the existing goals also.

This is happening only managers and we noticed this issue after 25D upgrade.

We are close to annual appraisal launch and many employees are unable to add goals because of this issue.

Kindly help us to resolve this issue.
