Summary:

We've created an Interview Feedback form with scoring. We have a total of 10 points available for each question that is scored. When reviewing the results, the system shows 'X out of 5' or 'X/5' (example, 9 out of 5 - or - 9/5). It should read 9 out of 10 or 9/10 in this example. How do we change the 5-point scoring scale to a 10-point one? See below screenshot. Thanks … Alex
