REDWOOD - Create Job Requisition the Page has been frozen

Summary:

When creating a Job Requisition in the Redwood version, if we do not wait for the section to fully load and click the Continue button, the page becomes completely unresponsive. At that point, we are unable to perform any actions such as Cancel, Save and Close, Continue, or Submit.
If we refresh the browser, all previously entered data is lost.

The issue is occurring in Production and has been successfully reproduced across all lower environments.
The problem affects all users.
