Oracle Fusion Benefits Fast Formula

Summary:

We have a benefits fast formula of type - Person Changes Causes Life Event, created to trigger a life event when certain conditions are satisfied. This fast formula is working as expected in the lower pods while in one pod the same fast formula with same configuration is not working as expected. The life event is not being triggered even if all conditions are satisfied.
Need to find a solution for the same.

The life event Retiree Enroll is being triggered when the employee is being rehired as retiree person type and the assignment status is Active - No Payroll. These same conditions are being handled in the fast formula as well. All the details are present in the document attached.
