Does the career site support dropdown options for application withdrawal reasons?

We have a requirement to capture the candidate’s reason for withdrawing a job application by providing a predefined dropdown list on the career site. We have checked in one of the community post where we can configure the reason list in Offer Phase to "Decline the Offer", However, this option is not available for other Phases. Could anyone please confirm if this is feasible or is there any workaround?
