Customer adress country format types

Dear ALL

When i create a customer in the adress section i have the country if the country is Netherlands i will have mandatory field Adress line 1 and post code and city

But if the country is Portugal i will have mandatory fields as adress line 1 and City with additional field called states

Is there any oracle file that contain all the types for each country while creating a customer ? for interface migration
