Business event for receiving Inbound CMK Invoice

We are looking for either some Business Event from a new CMK Invoice being received that can trigger an OIC integration, or have a mechanism where CMK calls an OIC REST endpoint as a trigger.

I looked into using the Administrator Profile Value 'ORA_AP_ENABLE_BUSINESS_EVENTS', however from my understanding this will also get triggered for manually created invoices and invoices created from other sources (i.e. FBDI) whereas I am looking to only subscribe to an new invoice being received via CMK Collaboration Messaging.
