Infinite Loading Screen When Adding or Editing Goals After Upgrade to Release 25D

Hello all,

Since the implementation of Release 25D, we are facing an issue in the Goals module.

Employees cannot:

• Add new goals to their goal plans (2025 and 2026)
• Edit existing goals, including goals copied from a previous year

When clicking Add or Edit, the application remains stuck on a loading screen indefinitely. No error message is displayed.
