Benefits pending action alert displays null when the option is unavailable

For the alerts 'pending action', is it possible to replace 'Null' with blank space if the plans doesn't have option.

As of now, the column returns the actual value if options exists and it returns null if there are no options for the plan. How to conditionally change the the template to acheive this?
