Receiving Message When Quick Converting to Core HR

Summary:

We are testing Redwood in 25D in our lower pods. When Quick convert a Pending Worker, we receive a message "Use request number -1 to check the status" and the pending worker does not move to Core HR and stays on the Pending Worker Page. We do not have any issues in Response UI. Has anyone run into this issue in Redwood?
