Benefits -Issue with Benefits - Potential Life Events Real Time

Summary:

We are getting an employee with

Benefits - Potential Life Events Real Time report as New joiner detected with a date , however there is no New Joiner detected for this person with that date.

There was New joiner LE with some other date which is already processed.

Sql query doesn't show that any detected for this person.

When checked Benefits Administration→ Evaluation and Reporting , this also doesn't show detected Le for this person.

Is there any issue with Subject Area?
