How can we fetch the responses submitted by suppliers to questionnaires for integration purposes

Hi,

We have a business requirement where suppliers respond to questionnaires sent to them after they are registered as prospective suppliers. The responses submitted by the suppliers need to be sent to a third-party system through an integration for compliance purposes.

Please let us know which API can be used for integration to fetch/get the supplier questionnaire responses.
