Can we create sub-sections within performance document sections and assign weightage to them?

In the current setup of performance documents, we have the ability to assign weightage to individual sections, which helps in prioritizing different aspects of an employee’s evaluation. However, there are scenarios where a section may cover multiple competencies or objectives, and it would be beneficial to break it down further for more granular assessment.

Is there a way to create sub-sections within these main sections and assign specific weightage to each sub-section? This would allow for a more detailed and balanced evaluation process, ensuring that every critical component within a section is appropriately measured.
