{Loss of Functionality} Redwood Create Candidate do not show message to complete candidate profile

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

In RUI, Create Candidate page after clicking Save and Close below message is appearing, allowing to add address and other details for the Candidate.

But in Redwood, When clicked on the create button, this message is not showing and goes to Search Candidate page.

Since Candidate Security is enabled by country, Recruiters are not able to view this newly created candidate.

This is a complete loss of functionality compared and have a severe impact on hiring activities.

@Redwood Product development team, Is this feature going to be added or any workaround so that in redwood we can complete the profile while creating the candidate?
