Requisition PDF Report With Data Model Not Showing in the email notification

Summary:

We have customized the RTF file for Requisition PDF Report With Data Model and can view the customizations in the Purchase Requisitions/My Requisitions/View PDF section. But the email notification attachment contains the seeded report and not the customized report. How do I get the email notifications to reflect the customized report?

Notifications are the FYI Requisition notification and the Action Required requisition notification.
