How to limit the Requisition view access based on Department

Hi Team,

There is a requirement from one of my clients where they want to restrict the viewing of Requisition based on Department instead of Business Unit.

For Eg: There are three departments like Marketing, Sales and Finance under one Business Unit. When a user from marketing department logged into the system then he/she should be able to see all the requisition from marketing department only, same goes for Sales and Finance.

As per the OOB solution provided by Oracle, I can provide Requisition view access at BU level through Procurement agent setup. Could you please help how we can provide the solution for above requirement from Client.
