Enquiry related to "request application flows" feature under candidate experience

We need your guidance on the "Request Information Flows" feature under Candidate Experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Currently:

  • We are not using Redwood.
  • We do not use Oracle’s candidate selection process.
  • Selected candidates are sent from a different application to Oracle only for offer creation.

Our questions:

  1. Can the "Request Information Flows" feature be used without enabling Redwood?
  2. If we set up a Request Information Flow, once a candidate is synced from our ATS to Oracle, can we use this flow to collect additional information from the external candidate before creating the offer?

Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
